South East: Jon Wheale
Jon served with the Gunners in Northern Ireland, Kosovo and Afghanistan

Sophy is a former RAF Wing Commander, who served in Iraq and Afghanistan

Eastern: Alasdair Ross
Alasdair has been a Labour councillor in Ipswich since 2008. He joined the Army in 1978 and served for 24 years, including in Afghanistan in 2009 as a reservist.
